General Terms and Conditions
1 Scope and Customers
These General Terms and Conditions govern all business relationships between Casla Costello, a UK-based company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and customers purchasing goods through our online store. These terms are valid at the time the contract is concluded.
Conflicting or additional customer terms will not apply unless the Company has given prior written consent.
Customers may include both consumers and businesses. A consumer is defined under UK consumer law as a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. A business is any person or entity acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Casla Costello delivers within the United Kingdom and internationally.
We do not sell our products for resale. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or wholesalers, and to discontinue services to customers who breach this policy.
2 Offers and Contract Formation
All products listed on our website are invitations to treat and not legally binding offers.
A contract is only formed once the Company confirms acceptance of the customer's order, either by sending a confirmation email or by dispatching the goods.
Upon placing an order, customers receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. The offer is considered accepted only upon written confirmation or shipping of the product.
3 Payment Terms and Pricing
We accept the following payment methods:

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and are exclusive of delivery charges, which are shown separately at checkout.
Payment is required at the time of order placement. No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
4 Shipping Costs and Import Duties
Delivery charges are displayed on the checkout page and depend on the destination and delivery method.
For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs charges, or taxes levied once the goods reach their destination country. These charges must be borne by the customer.
5 Late Payments
If payment is not received when due, the Company may charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate. Legal action may be pursued for unpaid balances.
6 Delivery and Multiple Shipments
Goods are delivered to the address provided during checkout. If you authorise an alternative delivery arrangement (e.g., leave with neighbour or in a safe place), risk transfers to you upon delivery.
We may split your order into separate shipments if needed. This will not affect your delivery cost.
7 Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.
8 Risk and Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once payment is received in full.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer:

9 Retention of Title
Until full payment is received, all goods remain the property of Casla Costello.
Customers must inform us immediately if the goods are subject to seizure or other third-party claims.
10 Refunds and Returns
Refunds
All refunds for returned items will be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise stated by Casla Costello in writing.
This credit can be used for any future purchases and does not expire.
Right to Cancel (UK Consumers Only)
Customers in the UK have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email us at: caslacostello@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers must return goods at their own expense within 14 days of cancellation. The goods must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Please note:

Refunds will only be provided as store credit.

Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return or refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
11 Warranty and Liability
Casla Costello adheres to UK consumer protection laws. If products are faulty or not as described, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund (via store credit).
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses caused by improper use of our products.
12 Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
We only collect the data necessary to process your order and will never share your information with third parties except where required to fulfil your purchase (e.g., couriers, payment processors).

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
For business customers, any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
